A criminal case initiated on death of serviceman Davit Terteryan
A criminal case was initiated in the First Garrison Investigative Unit on death of serviceman Davit Terteryan.
It was earlier informed that on February 18, 2016 at about 13:00 serviceman Davit Terteryan with fatal bodily injury on frontal part of the head was found in the combat position of protection area of the unit N.
On the base of the results of initial inspection of the body and the site a criminal case was initiated in the First Garrison Investigative Unit on causing to commit suicide.
Preliminary investigation is conducted. Necessary investigatory actions are conducted to provide the comprehensive, objective and complete investigation of the case.
Forensic examinations were conducted to find circumstances significant for the criminal case.
Additional information on procedural decisions made on the base of the investigation results will be provided.
