A criminal case initiated on death of serviceman Edgar Melqonyan

A criminal case was initiated in General Military Investigative Department of RA Investigative Committee on death of serviceman Edgar Melqonyan.

According to initial data on June 11, 2015 at about 01:33 the serviceman of military unit N inflicted himself a deadly firearm injury by the rifle attached to him in the combat position of the same unit.

A criminal case was initiated in one of the garrison investigative units of General Military Investigative Department of RA Investigative Committee according to the Part 1 of the Article 110 of RA Criminal Code (cause to commit suicide). Preliminary investigation is conducted.
