A criminal case initiated on serviceman’s death

On 4 December, 2014, at about 15:40 the serviceman of the unit N Artur Margaryan who was on duty was found near the checkpoint of the unit with firearm injury on his chest. He died on the way to military hospital.

A criminal case was initiated in General Military Investigative Department of RA Investigative Committee according to the Part 1 of the Article 110 of RA Criminal Code.

Complex forensic examinations have been appointed. Necessary measures are taken to provide the comprehensiveness, completeness and objectiveness of the investigation.
