On February 7, 2020 the head of Shengavit administrative district submitted a writ to Shengavit Police Division informing that in the result of control over services in 21 kindergartens operating under the head staff of Shengavit administrative district there emerged reasonable doubts that in some of kindergartens false records by using disappearing ink had been made in the documents, particularly in entry and exit registers of food.

A criminal case was initiated according to the Part 1 of the Article 314 (official forgery) of RA Criminal Code preliminary investigation of which is conducted in the Investigative Division of Shengavit administrative district of Yerevan Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee.

In the result of necessary investigatory actions conducted during preliminary investigation it was found out that in 5 of the mentioned kindergartens pens with ink disappearing due to thermal effect had been used in entry and exit registers of food. Through examination of registers it was also found out that in numerous cases the initial numbers written in entry and exit column of several kinds of food had been regularly amended.

Investigatory and other procedural actions of great volume are conducted to find out all circumstances of apparent criminal acts.
