In the result of large-scale investigative and other procedural actions conducted in Armavir Regional Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee all circumstances of 59 year-old man’s murder were found out.

Pursuant to factual data obtained through investigation, on 17 December, 2020 44 year-old resident of Shirak in the house rented by him in Mashtots Street, Armavir, with the intent to illegally deprive of life, hit the man hosted by him on the head and face causing bodily injuries incompatible with life. Then 44 year-old man took the body to the boiler-house next to his house where he tried to abolish the traces of the body by burning it.

On the base of the obtained sufficient evidence charge was pressed against 44 year-old resident of Shirak according to the Part 1 of the Article 104 of RA Criminal Code. Detention was used as a pretrial measure against him.

Preliminary investigation was completed and the criminal case with the bill of indictment was sent to court.

Note; Everyone charged with alleged crime offence shall be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law.
