Charge pressed against three persons for preparing murder by a group of people, search declared against one more person
Preliminary investigation of the criminal case initiated on preparation of murder and illegal procurement and keeping of weapon, ammunition by a group of people is ongoing in General Department of Investigation of Particularly Important Cases of the RA Investigative Committee.
On the base of the obtained evidence today charge was pressed against three persons according to the Points 7, 8 of the Part 2 of the Article 35-104 and the Part 2 of the Article 235 of RA Criminal Code. On the same day the investigator submitted a motion to court to choose detention as a pretrial measure against the defendants.
One more person was involved as a defendant according to the Points 7, 8 of the Part 2 of the Article 38-35-104 of RA Criminal Code and search was declared against him. The relevant subdivisions of the police were tasked to take measures to find and bring him to the investigative body.
An investigatory group was formed and necessary investigatory actions are conducted to find all circumstances of the case, to find the range of those possibly related to preparation of particularly grave crime and to individualize their actions.
Note; Everyone charged with alleged crime offence shall be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law.
