On March 12, 2020 the resident of Yerevan submitted a report in the RA Police informing that on March 11, 2020 some young men visited him in the booth rented by him in the underpass of «Barekamutyun» station of Yerevan and demanded that he should apologize online to the RA Prime Minister for expressions about him made a few days before. One of them who is a member of «Guardians of the Revolution» initiative threatened to break his head if he did not do it.

On March 16, 2020 a criminal case was initiated in the Prosecution Office of Arabkir and Qanaqer-Zeytun administrative districts according to the Part 1 of the Article 137 (threat to murder, to inflict heavy damage to one’s health or to destroy property) of RA Criminal Code preliminary investigation of which is conducted in the Investigative Division of Arabkir administrative district of Yerevan Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee.

On March 23, 2020 RA NA Deputy Ani Samsonyan's «Report on Crime» about the above mentioned incident addressed to the RA Prosecutor General was received from Yerevan Police Department which was attached to the mentioned criminal case investigated in the RA IC Investigative Division of Arabkir administrative district.

Necessary investigatory and other procedural actions are conducted to find out all circumstances of the case.

Preliminary investigation is ongoing.
