In the Result of Shots Fired by Enemy One Person Sustained Bodily Injury in Koti Village; Criminal Case Initiated
A criminal case was initiated in Tavush Regional Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee on shots fired from military bases of the Republic of Azerbaijan out of national hate in a way dangerous for the life of many people.
On September 16, 2018 at about 00:15 at the central part of Koti village of Noyemberyan community of Tavush region the resident of the same village S. Sepkhanyan sustained a firearm bodily injury at the area of the right leg.
A criminal case was initiated in Tavush Regional Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee according to the Points 6 and 13 of the Part 2 of the Article 34-104 of RA Criminal Code.
Preliminary investigation is conducted.
Note; Everyone charged with alleged crime offence shall be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law.
