In the result of the shot fired by the enemy a serviceman sustained a firearm injury on the head and died at the scene; a criminal case initiated
A criminal case was initiated in the Second Garrison Investigative Unit of General Military Investigative Department on murder of Armenian serviceman, soldier Simon Chavrshyan committed by the enemy.
On February 5, 2016 at about 03:55 in the result of the shot fired by the enemy towards the combat base of protection area of the unit N the serviceman Simon Chavrshyan sustained a firearm injury at the area of the head and died at the scene.
A criminal case was initiated in the Second Garrison Investigative Unit on murder out of motives of national, race and religious hate or fanatism.
Preliminary investigation is conducted.
