On May 1, 2021 at 01:50 a call was received from “Erebuni” medical center informing that four people with bodily injuries of several gravities were taken to them.

A criminal case was initiated in the Investigative Division of Erebuni and Nubarashen administrative districts of Yerevan Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee on murder attempt, illegal procurement, keeping and carrying weapon.

In the result of large-scale investigative and other procedural actions as well as measures taken jointly with the police employees a number of circumstances significant for the case were found out, those taken to medical center were identified.

Through investigation data were obtained that they had sustained the bodily injuries during the argument at the cemetery located at the area adjoining Davit Bek Street, Yerevan.

During preliminary investigation inspection of the scene was conducted in the result of which a rifle of 5.45mm and a pistol of “SS” Model with their bullets, fired capsules,  a kitchen knife and blood-like traces were found, samples were taken. Forensic medical, forensic ballistic examinations were commissioned, a number of people were questioned.

Preliminary investigation is conducted.
