Murder in Lori Province; Investigation Conducted
Investigation is conducted in Lori Regional Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee to find out circumstances of murder committed in Darpas village.
Pursuant to initial data, on August 3, 2020 from 18:30 to 20:40 in a production building situated in the village of Darpas, for the purpose of illegal deprivation of life, the person having committed the alleged crime hit the guard of the mentioned production with a metal bar on his head causing bodily injuries incompatible with life.
A criminal case was initiated in Lori Regional Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee according to the Part 1 of the Article 104 (murder) of RA Criminal Code preliminary investigation of which was tasked to the investigatory group.
Within the criminal case a number of investigatory and procedural actions, including inspection of the scene, confiscations were conducted, forensic medical examination was commissioned.
Preliminary investigation is ongoing.
Note; Everyone charged with alleged crime offence shall be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law.
