Preliminary investigation of the criminal case initiated on forcing a person to sexual intercourse was completed in the Department of Investigation of Crimes on Human Trafficking, against Sexual Immunity of Juveniles and Illegal Turnover of Drugs of General Department of Investigation of Particularly Important Cases of the RA Investigative Committee.

In the result of investigatory actions of great volume conducted during pretrial proceeding a number of circumstances of cases were found out, the person having committed the alleged crime was identified.

Through preliminary investigation it was particularly found out that the man registered a page in social site “ВКонтакте. com” in the name of a female, got acquainted with a minor girl and had a correspondence with her. During the communication he learnt that the girl was 13 years old. However, the man continued communication with her, persuaded her and got her naked photo. After getting the photo the man sent messages to the schoolgirl from another page used by him, influenced on her inner world, blackmailed, demanded and got several other naked photos of hers. Then he demanded that the girl should have sexual intercourse with him threatening to send the mentioned photos to her classmates as well as to disseminate them on the internet thus forcing the juvenile to sexual intercourse with him.

Through preliminary investigation of the criminal case data were also obtained on cases of forcing three other persons to sexual intercourse through blackmail committed by the same man.

Thus, the man again registered another page in social site “ВКонтакте. com” in the name of a female, got acquainted with a resident of Lori and had a correspondence with her. He influenced on her inner world, blackmailed, demanded and got the latter’s naked photos. Then again blackmailing he demanded that she should have sexual intercourse with him threatening to send the mentioned photos to her fellow villagers, relatives thus forcing the woman to sexual intercourse with him.

Besides, the man got acquainted with a girl of 16 in the same way, persuaded and got her naked photos. After getting the photos the man sent messages to the schoolgirl and influencing on her inner world, blackmailing her demanded that she should have sexual intercourse with him threatening to disseminate the mentioned photos on the internet thus forcing the girl to sexual intercourse with him.

The man also had correspondence with a resident of Tavush via social site “facebook.com”, during communication he influenced on her inner world, blackmailed, demanded and got her naked photos. After getting the mentioned photos, again through blackmail he demanded that the woman should have sexual intercourse with him threatening to send the photos to her fellow villagers, relatives thus forcing the woman to sexual intercourse with him.

On the base of sufficient evidence obtained through the criminal case charge was pressed against the man according to the Part 1 of the Article 140 (3 counts) and the Part 2 of the Article 140 of RA Criminal Code. Detention was chosen as a pretrial measure against him.

Preliminary investigation was completed and the criminal case with the bill of indictment was sent to court.
