Preliminary investigation of the criminal case initiated on illegal procurement, keeping and selling of narcotic drugs in large amount was completed in the Investigative Division of Qanaqer-Zeytun administrative districts of Yerevan Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee. Charge was pressed against 2 persons.

Pursuant to data obtained during pretrial proceeding the resident of Yerevan, born in 1972, illegally procured narcotic drug of “Buprenorphine” type in large amount - 0,0055 grams and on July 15, 2019 in his house located in Yerznkyan Street of Yerevan sold it to the resident of Armavir, born in 1972.

Besides, without purpose of selling 46 year-old man illegally procured and kept narcotic drug of “Buprenorphine” type which on July 4, 2019 was found in his trousers pocket through his personal search conducted by the RA Police officers. On the same day through search conducted in his house 0,0015 grams of narcotic drug of “Buprenorphine” type was found, as well.

On the base of the obtained sufficient evidence charge was pressed against the man, born in 1972, according to the Point 2 of the Part 2 of the Article 266 and the Part 3 of the Article 268 of RA Criminal Code. Detention was chosen as a pretrial measure against him. Charge was pressed against the man, born in 1974, according to the Point 2 of the Part 2 of the Article 268 and signature not to leave was chosen as a pretrial measure against him.

Preliminary investigation was completed and the criminal case with the bill of indictment was sent to court.
