Preliminary investigation of the criminal case initiated on willful infliction of damage of medium gravity to two young men's health was completed in Armavir Regional Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee.

According to actual data obtained during pretrial proceeding, on June 1, 2018 at about 01:00 in one of the entertainment centers of Armavir town a row on domestic matters erupted between two young men which later went on at Red bridge of Armavir town.

Through investigation it was found out that on the mentioned day at about 03:30 during the quarrel over touching with a shoulder the resident of Armavir, born in 1995, stabbed the resident of the same province, born in 1990, on his thigh causing the latter bodily injury of medium gravity.

Besides, at the same quarrel 23 year-old young man stabbed his friend, born in 1990, who had arrived at the scene with him. Particularly, when the friend tried to separate the arguing parties and approached the 23 year-old man from the back trying to hinder his actions, the latter, not being aware that it was his friend, stabbed back on his hand causing bodily damage of medium gravity.

On the base of the obtained evidence charge was pressed against 23 year-old resident of Armavir according to the Point 1 of the Part 2 of the Article 113 of RA Criminal Code.

The criminal case with the bill of indictment was sent to court.

Note; Everyone charged with alleged crime offence shall be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law.
