Preliminary investigation of the criminal case initiated on squandering in large amount was completed in the Investigative Division of Arabkir administrative district of Yerevan Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee. Charge was pressed against 27 year-old resident of Yerevan.

In the result of comprehensive, complete and objective investigation conducted within the criminal case a number of circumstances were found out.

Pursuant to factual data obtained through investigation on June 6, 2017 the resident of Yerevan, born in 1991 signed a contract through a real estate agency with a person authorized by the owner of one of the apartments of house 44, Griboyedov Street and moved to live in the mentioned house.

On April 1, 2018 27 year-old woman left the rented apartment after which the representative of the real estate agency took another customer to the apartment and found out that some of the property was not in the apartment and some were damaged.   

Through comprehensive, complete and objective investigation it was found out that 27 year-old woman squandered the property of the rented apartment causing the owner damage in large amount.

On the base of the obtained evidence charge was pressed against 27 year-old woman according to the Point 3 of the Part 2 of the Article 179 of RA Criminal Code. Signature not to leave was chosen as a pretrial measure against her.

Preliminary investigation was completed and the criminal case with the bill of indictment was sent to court.

Note; Everyone charged with alleged crime offence shall be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law.
