Investigation is conducted in General Department of Investigation of Particularly Important Cases of the RA Investigative Committee to find out all circumstances of apparent squandering in particularly large amount, abuse of official authorities committed by separate officials of «Research Center for Radiation Medicine and Burns» CJSC of the RA Ministry of Health.

Pursuant to initial data, from January to June, 2018 data on treatment services with data of patients treated within the state-guaranteed free medical care and service, non-compliant to reality were submitted to the RA Ministry of Health by doctors of «Research Center for Radiation Medicine and Burns» CJSC of the RA Ministry of Health. As a result, money was transferred from the state budget to the company's account for services which in fact were not provided.

In order to find out the real volume of the damage caused to the state, to provide the comprehensive, complete and objective investigation of the criminal case inspection was commissioned by the investigator in the procedures of state-guaranteed free and privileged medical care service provision, financial resources management of «Research Center for Radiation Medicine and Burns» CJSC of the RA Ministry of Health. Conduction of inspection was tasked to the relevant specialists of the RA Ministry of Health.

During preliminary investigation 12.000.000 AMD was transferred to the deposit account of the RA Investigative Committee by the director of «Research Center for Radiation Medicine and Burns» CJSC of the RA Ministry of Health, doctors of burns unit of the company, deputy finance director of the company as restoration of the damage caused to the state.

Preliminary investigation is ongoing.
