Within the criminal case investigated in the Department of Investigation of Crimes on Human Trafficking, against Sexual Immunity of Juveniles and Illegal Turnover of Drugs of General Department of Investigation of Particularly Important Cases of the RA Investigative Committee the person who had supported to sell narcotic drugs was identified, the mechanism was found out.

Pursuant to data obtained through preliminary investigation the person charged with illegal turnover of narcotic drugs, being in the penitentiary, went on with illegal selling of narcotic drugs, particularly of MDMB(N)-2201 type.

In the result of investigatory and other procedural actions conducted within the criminal case the mechanism of illegal turnover of narcotic drugs was found out, the person who had supported to procure and sell narcotic drugs was identified; she is a resident of Yerevan, born in 1992. A chain of illegal turnover of narcotic drugs was disclosed, as well.

Through preliminary investigation data were obtained on the allegation that with the help of a 27 year-old woman who is the girl-friend of the person in the penitentiary, the latter hid the drug in several places of Yerevan and gave them to the buyers when they had transferred the required money to the bank account provided by him.

In the result of investigatory actions and operative-intelligence measures 27 year-old woman was found and arrested on suspicion of supporting to illegal turnover of narcotic drugs.

Preliminary investigation is ongoing. Necessary measures are taken to find others possibly related to the illegal sale of narcotic drugs, the source as well as other circumstances significant for the criminal case.
