Investigation is conducted in the Investigative Division of Arabkir administrative district of Yerevan Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee to find the circumstances of inflicting bodily injuries to 3 young men committed on March 6.
 

On March 6, 2017 at 20:15 and 21:10 calls were received from “Armenia” medical center informing that citizens H. Hayrapetyan with “cut-pierced wound, injury of femoral artery and femoral vein on the upper frontal surface of the left thigh, injury of soft issues of the left thigh, external bleeding, hemorrhagic shock second-third degree”, V. Hayrapetyan with “cut-pierced wounds on the left part of the chest and the upper limb” and G. Ispiryan with “cut-pierced wound on the frontal part of the abdomen” were taken to medical center from the area called “Malakan’s park”.  
 

A criminal case was initiated in the Investigative Division of Arabkir administrative district of Yerevan Investigative Department according to the Part 1 of the Article 112 of RA Criminal Code.
 

Through investigation it was found that the mentioned three young men had sustained bodily injuries during the same argument. Necessary investigatory actions are conducted to identify those involved in the argument, to personalize the actions of each of them. Instructions were given to the relevant subdivisions of the police to find the person having committed the apparent crime and bring him to the investigative body.

Note; Everyone charged with alleged crime offence shall be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law.
