A criminal case was initiated in the Investigative Division of Ajapnyak and Davtashen administrative districts of Yerevan Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee on infliction of heavy bodily damage to a 23 year-old man.
 

On February 29, 2016 at 00:10 a call was received from “Armenia” medical center informing that the resident of Yerevan, B. Torgomyan, born in 1993, with a cut-pierced wound on the abdomen was taken to medical center.
 

According to the certificate received from “Armenia” medical center B. Torgomyan was operated during which it was found that the wound had penetrated to the abdomen without damaging internal organs.
 

Considering that in the prepared materials there are crime features envisaged by the Part 1 of the Article 112 of RA Criminal Code a criminal case was initiated in the Investigative Division of Ajapnyak and Davtashen administrative districts on willful infliction of heavy bodily damage to health.
 

Preliminary investigation is conducted.
 

The relevant subdivisions of the police were tasked to take necessary measures to find the person having committed the apparent crime and bring him to the investigative body.
