In the result of investigatory actions conducted within the criminal case investigated in the Investigative Division of Ajapnyak and Davtashen administrative districts of Yerevan Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee stabbing of 34 year-old man was disclosed. One person was arrested.

On March 24, 2019 a report was received in Police Division of Mashtots from «Armenia» medical center informing that a resident of Yerevan, born in 1984, with cut-pierced wounds was taken to medical center. The latter told that the bodily injury had been caused in the result of falling.

In the result of necessary measures it was found out that 34 year-old man had sustained the bodily injury on the same day at about 17:30 during the argument with another resident of Yerevan, born in 1978, in Hrazdan gorge under Kievyan bridge.

On March 25, 2019 a criminal case was initiated in Police Division of Mashtots according to the Part 1 of the Article 112 of RA Criminal Code preliminary investigation of which is conducted in the RA IC Investigative Division of Ajapnyak and Davtashen administrative districts.

Pursuant to data obtained through investigation, on March 24, 2019 at about 17:30 during the argument over money issues that took place in the car the person having committed the alleged crime stabbed 34 year-old man sitting on the seat beside him.

41 year-old resident of Yerevan was arrested on suspicion of inflicting heavy bodily damage to 34 year-old man.

Preliminary investigation is ongoing.
