Investigation is conducted in the Investigative Division of Ajapnyak and Davtashen administrative districts of Yerevan Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee to find out circumstances of infliction of heavy bodily damage to three persons. One person was arrested.

On August 22, 2019 at 23:00 a call was received from “Armenia” medical center in Mashtots Police Division informing that three citizens with cut-pirerced injuries on the chest were taken to medical center.

A criminal case was initiated in the Investigative Division of Ajapnyak and Davtashen administrative districts of Yerevan Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee according to the Point 1 of the Part 2 of the Article 112 of RA Criminal Code. The three persons who had been taken to medical center were found the injured party.

In the result of urgent investigatory and other procedural actions conducted within the criminal case a number of circumstances of the case, the motive were found out.

Particularly, the injured sustained bodily injuries on August 22, 2019 at about 22:30 during the argument that took place near the restaurant complex operating in Davtashen 4^th district. The person having committed the alleged crime was identified; he is an employee of the same restaurant, a resident of Yerevan, born in 1989. The latter was arrested.

Inspection of the scene was conducted, a number of persons were questioned. Forensic medical examination was commissioned.

Preliminary investigation is ongoing. Measures are taken to provide the comprehensive, complete and objective investigation of circumstances of the case.
