Within the criminal case investigated in the Department of Investigation of Crimes on Human Trafficking and Illegal Turnover of Drugs of General Department of Investigation of Particularly Important Cases of the RA Investigative Committee cases of supporting to illegal sale of narcotic drugs, as well as illegal procurement and keeping of narcotic drugs without purpose of selling were revealed, the circumstances and mechanism were found out, charge was pressed against 27 year-old man.

On June 13, 2018 the resident of Yerevan, born in 1991, spoke on the phone with his acquaintance, born in 1985, who was in «Nubarashen» penitentiary, and expressed a desire to procure drug with short name of MDMB (N)-2201 from him and offered his help in supporting him to illegally sell narcotic drugs to others.

For that purpose, on June 13, 2018 through a paying terminal he transferred the money for the drug with short name of MDMB (N)-2201 to the account given to him then got informed about the area of one of the houses located in Nor Nork from where he would take the drug.

Pursuant to factual data obtained though investigation 27 year-old resident of Yerevan helped to sell a part of the drug to 4 persons, the rest of it he kept for his personal use.

On the base of the obtained evidence charge was pressed against 27 year-old man according to the Part 1 of the Article 38-266, the Part 1 of the Article 268 of RA Criminal Code. Signature not to leave was chosen as a pretrial measure against him.

Preliminary investigation was completed and the criminal case with the bill of indictment was sent to court.
