Working Meeting at Investigative Committee (photos)

Working meeting headed by the Chairman of the RA Investigative Committee Argishti Kyaramyan was held at the RA Investigative Committee.

Within the first issue of the agenda the Head of General Department on Special Assignments of the Committee Kamo Sahakyan presented the results of studies conducted in Garrison Department of General Military Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee by the relevant working group in March of the current year.

The keynote speaker made a reference to the directions of initiation of criminal cases investigated in the mentioned subdivision as well as analyzed certain indices on efficiency of organization of preliminary investigation, spoke about the problems, omissions and shortcomings recorded during the study.

During the working meeting a number of proposals and considerations aimed at excluding the problematic events in future were also presented.

In the framework of the next issue of the agenda the Head of General Department on Special Assignments of the Committee Kamo Sahakyan analyzed the results of quarterly activities of garrison units of General Military Investigative Department as well comparing them with the indices of the same period of the previous years.

The Chairman of the RA Investigative Committee Argishti Kyaramyan attached importance to the necessity of studies and analytic work emphasizing that similar studies result in enhancement of the efficiency of the activity of the structure.

The Chairman of the Investigative Committee assigned within two months to solve the problems recorded in the Garrison department and units of the RA IC General Military Investigative Department and to develop appropriate processes to ensure the proposals made by the working group.

At the end of the meeting a reference was also made to the schedule of similar studies planned in other subdivisions of the Committee and a number of procedural issues.
