In the framework of the criminal case investigated in the Investigative Division of Avan and Nor Norq administrative districts of the RA Investigative Committee charge was pressed against the commission member of polling station N 2/11 for attempt to vote instead of other persons.
 

In the result of investigatory actions conducted in the framework of the criminal case it was found that during referendum on Constitutional reforms held on December 6, 2015 the commission member of polling station N 2/11 A. Grigoryan filled in invented data before the names of A. and K. Manukyans registered in voter register of the mentioned polling station, signed and sealed for the purpose of voting instead of other persons. A. Grigoryan did not manage to vote instead of other persons under unforeseen circumstances; the mentioned case was found and prevented by another member of the given polling station.  
 

On the base of the obtained evidence charge was pressed against A. Grigoryan according to the Article 34-153 of RA Criminal Code.
 

Note; Everyone charged with alleged crime offence shall be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law.
