In the framework of 33 criminal cases on electoral breaches investigated in Investigative Committee charge pressed against 36 persons
Preliminary investigation of 33 criminal cases investigated in regional subdivisions of the RA Investigative Committee on voting instead of other persons during referendum on Constitutional reforms held on December 6, 2015 was completed. The criminal cases on 36 accused with the bill of indictment were sent to prosecutors supervising the legality of preliminary investigation.
30 of the mentioned criminal cases on 33 accused were already sent to court.
In the result of investigatory actions conducted during preliminary investigation 15 of persons charged with voting instead of other persons in different polling stations are citizens, 21 of them are members of precinct electoral commissions 5 of which are heads of precinct electoral commissions.
