Charge pressed for illegal procurement and keeping of weapons
Preliminary investigation of the criminal case initiated on preparation of organization of mass disorder in Yerevan on April 24, 2015 by a group of persons is ongoing in General Department of Investigation of Particularly Important Cases.
On the base of the obtained evidence, on April 10 A. Hakobyan was charged according to the Part 1 of the Article 235 of RA Criminal Code for illegal procurement and keeping of weapons. A motion to use imprisonment as a pretrial measure against him was submitted to the court. The motion was sufficed then mortgage was applied as an alternative pretrial measure.
Note; Everyone charged with alleged crime offence shall be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law.
