A criminal case was initiated in the Investigative Division of Ajapnyak and Davtashen administrative districts of Yerevan Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee on infliction of heavy bodily damage to two persons committed on July 9 in Yerevan.
 

On July 9, 2016 at about 04:00 a call was received from “Armenia” medical center informing that two persons, born in 1995, with cut-pierced penetrating wounds were taken to medical center.
 

A criminal case was initiated in the Investigative Division of Ajapnyak and Davtashen administrative districts of Yerevan Investigative Department according to the Point 1 of the Part 2 of the Article 112 of RA Criminal Code. An investigatory group was formed.
 

In the result of urgent investigatory actions conducted in the framework of the criminal case it was found that three young men, born in 1995, argued over personal matters in the area near the supermarket located in Margaryan Street, Yerevan which resulted in stabbing of two of them.
 

On the base of the obtained evidence on July 13 charge was pressed against 21 year-old young man according to the Point 1 of the Part 2 of the Article 112 of RA Criminal Code. Detention was chosen as a pretrial measure against him.
 

Preliminary investigation of the criminal case is ongoing.
