Necessary measures are taken in the Investigative Division of Erebuni and Nubarashen administrative districts of Yerevan Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee to find out all circumstances of the armed incident that took place at the administrative district of Erebuni.

On February 24, 2019 calls were received informing that on the same day at 21:15 a young man, born in 1991, with «firearm injury on the head» was taken to «Erebuni Medical Center» CJSC, at 21:18 another young man, born in 1993, with «firearm injury on the back part of the head» was taken to the same medical center. The young men told that they had sustained the bodily injuries in Ayvazovski Street of Yerevan.

On the same day at 22:45 another resident of Yerevan, born in 1990, with «firearm injury on the right thigh» was taken to «Armenia Medical Center» CJSC by his father who told that he had sustained the bodily injury at the area of Erebuni administrative district.

The members of investigatory-operative group immediately left for «Erebuni Medical Center» and «Armenia Medical Center» CJSC-s and found out that the mentioned three persons had sustained the firearm injuries at the same incident.

On February 24, 2019 a criminal case was initiated in the Investigative Division of Erebuni and Nubarashen administrative districts of Yerevan Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee according to the Point 1 of the Part 2 of the Article 34-104 and the Part 1 of the Article 235 of RA Criminal Code. An investigatory group was formed. The above mentioned young men were found the injured party.

In the result of urgent investigatory actions and operative-intelligence measures a number of circumstances of the case, the frame of those involved, as well as the scene were found out which is the place called «Tets».

Particularly, the cars in which those involved in the incident had driven away were found. Through inspection of the car of «Toyota Sequoia» make on the external surface numerous firearm damages were found, on the front windscreen damage caused by blunt instrument was found. Through inspection of the car of «Land Rover» make on the driver's side glass firearm damage, blood-like traces were found, in the car hall blood-like traces, a jacket with blood-like traces, a wooden blackjack were found.

Through inspection of the scene 2 fired pistol capsules of 7.62 mm caliber, 1 fired gun capsule of 7.62 mm caliber and 1 ball were found.

The clothes the young men were wearing at the moment of the incident were confiscated. Interrogations were conducted. Forensic medical and forensic ballistic examinations were commissioned to find out circumstances significant for the criminal case.

Investigatory actions of great volume are conducted to find out all circumstances of the case, as well as the frame of those involved, to personalize the actions of each of them and give appropriate criminal legal assessment.
