Criminal cases initiated on voting instead of 2 persons in polling station N 32/18 received in Lori Regional Investigative Department
Criminal cases initiated in police station on voting instead of 2 persons in polling station N 32/18 were received in Lori Regional Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee.
Through investigation conducted on the base of the reports on breaches recorded during referendum on Constitutional reforms published by “Citizen Observer” Initiative it was found that the residents of Lori region Vahan Baghdasaryan and Tsoghik Saribekyan were involved in the voter list of polling station N 32/18. According to initial data the mentioned voters did not take part in voting but somebody else has voted instead of them.
Criminal cases were initiated in police station on voting instead of V. Baghdasaryan and Ts. Saribekyan according to the Article 153 of RA Criminal Code which were received in Lori Regional Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee on February 11, 2016.
Necessary investigatory and procedural actions are conducted to find all the circumstances of the case.
