Forensic examination result; V. Permyakov not in affective physiological state while committing the criminal act
In the framework of the criminal case investigated in General Department of Investigation of Particularly Important Cases of the RA Investigative Committee initiated on murder of the Avetisyans family committed in Gyumri, the result of forensic psychological and forensic psychiatric complex examination appointed against V. Permyakov was received.
Taking the public interest into consideration, we inform that through the result of forensic examination it was stated that V. Permyakov was not in affective physiological state at the moment of committing the criminal act. No psychic symptoms, disorder of consciousness were found and he could fully realize the danger of his actions, their antisocial nature and control them. V. Permyakov has been found sane to realize the nature of the criminal act he is charged with.
At the same time, the experts gave V. Permyakov’s psychological characteristics, his individual-psychological peculiarities which considerably affected his behavior in the given situation.
Preliminary investigation is ongoing.
