In the framework of the criminal case on murder of 7 members of the Avetisyan family the legal successors of the victim and their representatives have been present at forensic ballistic, traceological and chemical complex examination conducted in the criminal case.
 

The investigative body had earlier sufficed the motion on being present at the appointed complex examination submitted by the representatives of legal successors of the victim.
 

The legal successors of the victim asked questions to the experts and received clarifications. They were provided with the information on methods of the examination, the volume of the implemented work, applied technical means and obtained results.
 

Then a meeting-discussion was held at RA Investigative Committee at Deputy Chairman of RA Investigative Committee, Head of General Department of Investigation of Particularly Important Cases Vahagn Harutyunyan. The legal successors of victim and their representatives, the Head of Commission of Public Council’s State-legal Issues Grigor Badiryan, investigators of the investigative group on the criminal case also took part in it.
 

Issues on preliminary investigation were discussed, explanations were given to the issues the legal successors of the victim and their representatives were interested in. Information on the process of investigation which is not a secret of preliminary investigation was provided to them.
 

This kind of meetings will be held periodically. The General Department of Investigation of Particularly Important Cases of RA Investigative Committee will go on making the data of preliminary investigation of the criminal case available for the legal successors of the victim and their representatives.
