In the framework of the criminal case on murder of the Avetisyans family, representatives of legal successors of the victims and lawyers took part in forensic biological examination
In the framework of the criminal case on murder of the Avetisyan family, the representatives of the legal successors, lawyers Lusine Sahakyan, Yervand Varosyan and Yerem Sargsyan were present at forensic biological examination conducted in the criminal case.
The latters gave questions to the experts, received explanations. They were provided with information on the methods of the examination, the volume of the implemented work, the technical means applied and the results.
Let us remind that on March 10 the legal successors of the victims and their representatives were also present at the forensic ballistic, traceological and chemical examinations conducted in the framework of the criminal case.
Motion on being present at examinations appointed in the criminal case was submitted by the representative of the legal successors of the victims and was sufficed by the investigative body.
