In the framework of the criminal case on murder of 7 members of the Avetisyan family the representatives of the legal successors of the victim will take part in expertise
In the framework of the criminal case investigated in General Department of Investigation of Particularly Important Cases of RA Investigative Committee initiated on murder of 7 members of the Avetisyan family the application of the representatives of legal successors of the victim on taking part in the appointed expertise was sufficed.
The representatives of the legal successors of the victim Artur Saqunts and Araik Zalyan submitted applications to the investigative body which were considered, in the order defined by law, and the results of the consideration were notified in written form.
Taking the public interest into consideration we inform that in addition to other requests the representatives of legal successors of the victim asked to be given a chance to take part in the appointed expertise and ask questions to the experts.
The head of the investigative group investigating the case sufficed the application on being present at the expertise.
According to RA Criminal Procedure Code in order to provide the presence of the representatives of the legal successors of the victim at the expertise, the investigative body asked them to tell which expertise they would like to be present at, on which stage of the expertise and what other questions they had.
