Injured party testified on circumstances of inflicting him bodily injuries
Preliminary investigation of the criminal case initiated on hooliganism that took place on May 2 in the area called “Sdghi Gyol” in Goris is ongoing in General Department of Investigation of Particularly Important Cases of RA Investigative Committee in the framework of which necessary investigatory and procedural measures are taken to find the objective reality.
Taking the public interest into consideration, in reply to mass media requests we inform that during preliminary investigation in addition to other persons, Mushegh Zaqaryan, who was additionally interrogated on May 14-15, told that he had sustained bodily injuries during the mentioned incident that took place on May 2.
According to the initial medical reference provided to the investigative body, fractures of nasal septum and nasal bone were found at M. Zaqaryan. M. Zaqaryan was found an injured party and gave detailed testimony on inflicting him bodily injuries.
Investigative body keeps on taking all the measures provided by law to find the real frame of the persons having participated in the incident and bringing them to the investigative body.
Public will be informed on judicial decisions made on the base of the results of investigation.
Gravity nature of bodily injuries inflicted to 2 persons – Zaqaryan brothers found an injured party, will be determined in the result of forensic examinations appointed in the framework of the criminal case.
