Investigative Committee of Republic of Armenia develops bilateral cooperation with Investigative Committees of Russian Federation and Republic of Belarus; memoranda of understanding signed (Photos)
The Chairman of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation Alexander Bastykin and the Chairman of the Investigative Committee of the Republic of Belarus Ivan Noskevich arrived in Yerevan on October 17 on working visit.
The Chairman of the RA Investigative Committee Aghvan Hovsepyan today received the guests, had private talks with them after which bilateral memoranda of understanding – between the Investigative Committees of the Republic of Armenia and the Russian Federation and the Republic of Armenia and the Republic of Belarus were signed. The memoranda were signed by the Chairmen of the Investigative Committees of the three countries.
«Signing of memoranda opens a new stage for cooperation of the Investigative Committees giving an opportunity to deepen the cooperation for experience exchange in new methods of expert research in the spheres of pretrial proceeding, criminological achievements, professional trainings, scientific-practical seminars, conferences, as well as other spheres of joint importance», said the Chairman of the RA Investigative Committee Aghvan Hovsepyan and expressed confidence that the application of the provisions of memoranda will become one of the best manifestations of strengthening the cooperation between the investigative bodies in the region.
After signing of memoranda the joint board session of the Investigative Committees of Armenia, Russia and Belarus started.
