Stabbing in Yerevan; a criminal case initiated
On January 21, 2016 at 01:25 a call was received from the university hospital N 1 after M. Heratsi informing that G. Satumyan with bodily injuries was taken to hospital.
A criminal case was initiated in the Investigative Division of Kentron and Norq Marash administrative districts of Yerevan Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee according to the Part 1 of the Article 112 of RA Criminal Code. Preliminary investigation is conducted.
Through preliminary investigation it was found that G. Satumyan had been inflicted the mentioned injuries in the result of stabbing on the same day at 31, Moskovyan.
Inspection of the site was conducted, a number of witnesses were interrogated, forensic medical and forensic trace examinations were commissioned.
Necessary measures are taken to find all the circumstances of the case, to identify the person having committed the apparent crime.
