Necessary investigatory actions are conducted in Berd Investigative Division of Tavush Regional Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee to find out circumstances of murder of two residents of Berd town.

Pursuant to initial data, on the morning of December 24 in one of the houses of Utik Street of the town of Berd the person having committed the alleged crime stabbed two residents of the same house with a cutting-piercing item. The latters died at the scene of bodily injuries they had sustained.

A criminal case was initiated in the RA IC Berd Investigative Division of Tavush Regional Investigative Department according to the Point 1 of the Part 2 of the Article 104 of RA Criminal Code (murder of two or more persons).

Necessary investigatory and other procedural actions are conducted to find out all circumstances, to identify the person having committed the alleged crime.

Note; Everyone charged with alleged crime offence shall be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law.
