10 criminal cases on electoral breaches investigated in the proceeding of the Investigative Committee sent to court
As of January 29, 10 of 32 criminal cases investigated in the proceeding of territorial subdivisions of the RA Investigative Committee initiated on electoral breaches recorded during referendum on Constitutional reforms held on December 6, 2015 were sent to court.
The mentioned criminal cases are related to voting instead of other persons in polling stations N 8/08, 8/25, 10/15, 10/14, 2/32, 1/07, 39/39, 33/35, 34/05, 37/09.
In the framework of the mentioned criminal cases charge was pressed against 10 persons the bills of indictment of which were confirmed by the prosecutor supervising the legality of preliminary investigation and the criminal cases were sent to court.
The proceeding of 2 criminal cases was terminated on the base of absence of crime.
