127 reports on breaches received; in the result of investigation appropriate assessment shall be made in respect to each case

127 reports on breaches during voting in referendum on Constitutional reforms were submitted in territorial subdivisions of the RA Investigative Committee. The majority of the reports are related to the calls disseminated through mass media. 

79 of the reports are related to breaches in Yerevan, 48 of them are related to those in regions.

Thus, Shirak Regional Investigative Department received 19, Lori Regional Investigative Department received 14, Aragatsotn Regional Investigative Department received 4 reports, Regional Investigative Departments of Ararat, Vayots Dzor, Gegharquniq, Syuniq, Kotayq received 2 reports each, Armavir Regional Investigative Department received 1 report.

The calls received in Yerevan were mainly related to Avan and Nor Norq administrative districts – 24 cases. 15 calls were received in the Investigative Division of Malatia-Sebastia administrative district, 9 were received in the Investigative Division of Ajapnyak and Davtashen administrative district, 8 in the Investigative Division of Qanaqer-Zeytun administrative district, 7 in the Investigative Division of Kentron and Norq-Marash administrative districts, 6 in the Investigative Division of Shengavit administrative district, 5 in the Investigative Divisions of Arabkir, Erebuni and Nubarashen administrative districts each.

Necessary measures are taken in the mentioned territorial investigative divisions to verify the circumstances pointed out in the received reports in the result of which appropriate assessments will be made.

In the result of investigation on December 6 two criminal cases were initiated on voting instead of other persons according to the Article 153 of RA Criminal Code.
