16 criminal cases on 19 defendants out of criminal cases investigated in territorial subdivisions of the RA Investigative Committee initiated on electoral breaches sent to court
As of February 5, 16 criminal cases on 19 defendants out of criminal cases investigated in territorial subdivisions of the RA Investigative Committee initiated on voting instead of other persons during referendum on Constitutional reforms held on December 6, 2015 were sent to court with confirmed bill of indictment.
Preliminary investigation of 5 criminal cases on 5 defendants was completed and the criminal cases with the bill of indictment were sent to prosecutors supervising the legality of preliminary investigation.
