In the framework of the criminal case investigated in the Investigative Division of Kentron and Norq-Marash administrative districts of Yerevan Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee circumstances of voting instead of other persons in polling station N 10/20 were found, the persons having committed the apparent crime were identified. On the base of the obtained evidence charge was pressed against 4 persons.

Through preliminary investigation conducted in the framework of the criminal case it was grounded that instead of the voters of polling station N 10/20 Lusine Aslanyan, Mariam Demirchyan and Anahit Harutyunyan other persons had participated in referendum on Constitutional reforms held on December 6.

In the result of investigatory actions it was found that passport data of males were filled in before the names of female voters.

According to preliminary investigation data, A. Mehrabyan, involved in the voter lists of polling station N 10/12, on December 6, 2015 went to polling station N 10/20 to vote instead of another person and showing his passport to the commission member L. Mnatsakanyan signed before the name of Lusine Aslanyan involved in the voter list of the same polling station, thus voting instead of another person.

A. Nadaryan and D. Nadaryan, involved in voter lists of polling station N 10/19, on December 6, 2015 went to polling station N 10/20 to vote instead of another person and showing their passports to the commission member L. Mnatsakanyan signed before the names of the same polling station Mariam Demirchyan and Anahit Harutyunyan, accordingly.

On the base of the obtained evidence charge was pressed against A. Mehrabyan, A. Nadaryan, D. Nadaryan according to the Article 153 of RA Criminal Code for voting instead of another person, the member of electoral commission of polling station N 10/20 was charged with supporting to vote instead of another person according to the Article 38-153 of RA Criminal Code. Signature not to leave was chosen as a pretrial measure against them.

The criminal case with the bill of indictment was sent to the prosecutor supervising the legality of preliminary investigation.
