In the framework of the criminal case investigated in the Investigative Division of Shengavit administrative district of Yerevan Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee charge was pressed for 26 year-old man’s murder.

It was earlier informed that on May 4, 2018 the body of the resident of Yerevan, born in 1992, Gor Gasparyan with cut-pierced injuries on the chest, abdomen and head was found in front of one of the houses of the 2d street of Karmir Blur of Yerevan.

A criminal case was initiated in the RA IC Investigative Division of Shengavit administrative district of Yerevan Investigative Department according to the Part 1 of the Article 104 of RA Criminal Code, an investigatory group was created.

In the result of investigatory and operative-searching measures a number of circumstances were found out, the person having committed the alleged crime was identified; he is a resident of Yerevan, born in 1995.

During preliminary investigation the videos captured on the mentioned day by the security cameras located in the neighborhood of the scene were received and inspected, a number of people were questioned.

On the base of the sufficient actual data charge was pressed against the resident, born in 1995, according to the Part 1 of the Article 104 of RA Criminal Code.

The investigator submitted a motion to court to use detention as a pretrial measure against him. The motion was sufficed.

Preliminary investigation is ongoing, measures are taken to provide the objective, complete and comprehensive investigation of circumstances of the case.

Note; Everyone charged with alleged crime offence shall be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law.
