In the result of investigatory actions conducted within the criminal case investigated in the Investigative Division of Qanaqer-Zeytun administrative district of Yerevan Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee circumstances of 50 year-old man's murder were found out.

Pursuant to initial data, on March 4, 2019 at about 00:40 the resident of Yerevan, born in 1977 argued over domestic matters with another resident of Yerevan, born in 1969. During the argument with the purpose of illegal deprivation from life the man, born in 1977, fired shots towards 50 year-old man with a firearm kept by him illegally. As a result, the latter died of firearm injuries he had sustained.

A criminal case was initiated in the Investigative Division of Qanaqer-Zeytun administrative district of Yerevan Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee according to the Part 1 of the Article 104 and the Part 1 of the Article 235 of RA Criminal Code.

In the result of urgent investigatory actions conducted within the criminal case a number of circumstances of the case were found out. A decision was made to arrest the citizen, born in 1977. The relevant subdivision of the Police was tasked to take measures to find the person having committed the alleged crime and bring him to the investigative body.

Preliminary investigation is ongoing.
