Preliminary investigation of the criminal proceeding initiated on murder of 41 year-old resident of Nubarashen according to the Part 1 of the Article 155 of RA Criminal Code is ongoing in the Investigative Division of Erebuni and Nubarashen administrative districts of Yerevan Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee.

In the result of investigative and procedural actions as well as large-scale measures taken jointly with the employees of the relevant subdivision of the RA Police 37 year-old man having committed the alleged crime was found and arrested on the base of reasonable suspicion on crime committal.

It was earlier informed that 41 year-old resident of Nubarashen had sustained bodily injuries incompatible with life during the argument on personal matters with her acquaintance.

Preliminary investigation is ongoing.

Note; Everyone charged with alleged crime offence shall be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law.
