A criminal case was initiated in the Investigative Division of Erebuni and Nubarashen administrative districts of Yerevan Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee on murder of 57 year-old man. In the result of urgent investigatory actions murder was revealed and the suspect was arrested.
 

On November 10 a call was received informing that in the cabin - near the railway a man’s body was discovered. The investigatory- operative group with forensic expert immediately left for the site. Through external inspection of the body traces of violence were found. The victim was identified; he was Gagik Nersisyan, born in 1959.
 

A criminal case was initiated in the Investigative Division of Erebuni and Nubarashen administrative districts according to the Part 1 of the Article 104 of RA Criminal Code, an investigatory plan was worked out and necessary actions were conducted to find all circumstances of the case.
 

Through investigation actual data were obtained on the allegation that on November 8 an argument took place in the mentioned cabin during which numerous blows were struck G. Nersisyan on his face inflicting bodily injuries incompatible with life.
 

The person having committed the apparent crime was identified; a 37 year-old man was arrested on suspicion of murdering G. Nersisyan.
