Graduates of Academy of Justice involved in list of candidates of investigators assigned at RA Investigative Committee (Photos)

On December 22 a solemn session dedicated to awarding diplomas to 19 listener-graduates of the Academy of Justice involved in the list of candidates of investigators was held in the RA Investigative Committee. The Chairman of the RA Investigative Committee Aghvan Hovsepyan, Rector of the Academy of Justice Sergey Araqelyan, Board members of the RA Investigative Committee took part in it.
 

According to tradition together with diplomas, the candidates of investigators also received the RA IC Chairman’s orders on employment in territorial subdivisions of the RA Investigative Committee and from today on they will take up their posts.
 

“We have developed a new culture for already two years and together with diplomas we also hand over the orders of work assignment. This has become a practice. It is encouraging that it has become catching and other institutions also use it”, said the Chairman of the RA Investigative Committee Aghvan Hovsepyan congratulating the graduates.  
 

The RA IC Chairman emphasized that investigator’s work is a special state service each action of which is clearly regulated by law and any deviation, violation can be significant for the criminal case, particularly the evidence can become impermissible.  
 

“You deal with human destinies and do not have the right to be mistaken. Your work is like a surgeon’s activity whose wrong step during the surgery can be crucial for human life. Any mistake made by investigator during investigation of the criminal case can be fateful for the persons involved”, the RA IC Chairman said addressing the newly appointed investigators and mentioned that each investigator must master the requirements of the current law in the best way and strictly pursue their maintenance.
